DELIVERY TIME & COSTS
* Please note that Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays are not classed as working days. Customers are advised to check the estimated delivery day displayed at the checkout for updated delivery times.
CHANGE OF ORDER & DELIVERY ADDRESS
Please note that no changes can be made to the order and delivery address after the order has been processed and/or shipped.
Your order will be delivered via PosLaju. If you are not available when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by courier service provider to advise on how and where your parcel can be collected/arranged for re-delivery.
ORDER CONFIRMATION & PARCEL TRACKING
You shall be receiving the below two emails from our system automatically once your order is completed.
Order Confirmation Email: This is to confirm that your order is being placed successfully and order will be processed accordingly.
Shipping Confirmation Email: This is to confirm that your order is being processed and shipped to the designated delivery address. A Tracking # and Tracking URL are included in the email.
SHIPPING FEE, IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES (FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ONLY)
All shipping charges will be calculated automatically when you check out based on your total order amount and your shipping country.
Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have any questions related to customs charges, you are advised to contact your local customs office.
